WilCare (Wilshire Cardiovascular and Endocrine Center of Excellence, formerly Wilshire Medical Center) was established in July 2008. It was founded by Prof. Dr. Mumtaz Hassan, First VC of King Edward Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. It is located at 4-5 M, Model Town Extension Maulana Ab ul Hasan Isphahani (Main Faisal town) Boulevard Lahore.

WilCare has an outpatient care center with radiology and non-invasive diagnostic laboratory facilities. Wilcare includes medical services for visa applicants, including in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia, as well as health and medical services research for executives.
