Strepsils (Honey & Lemon) Lozenges dosage recommendations are:

• Sore Throat - Adults and Children over 6 years- 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours as needed. Do not exceed 12 lozenges in 24 hours
• Cough - Adults and Children over 6 years- 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours as needed. Do not exceed 12 lozenges in 24 hours
